Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Analyze financial data and present insights to management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and local tax laws.
Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
